64 2010 Yearbook ACADEMIC AGREEMENTS SIGNED IN 2010 University of Palermo (Argentina) September 7. Framework cooperation agreement between the School of Design and Communication at the University of Palermo and the School of Architecture at Universidad ORT Uruguay the aim of contributing to the development of the disciplines of design and communication in the areas of academics, research, and outreach. This agreement was signed within the framework of the Collaboration Program for the Academic Development of Design and Communication and aims to establish the Latin American Academy of Design and Communication (Agreement I63-1). University of São Paulo - USP (Brazil) May 6. Cooperation agreement between the Faculty of Economics, Administration, and Accounting at the University of São Paulo and the Faculty of Administration and Social Sciences at Universidad ORT Uruguay the aim of supporting the development of cooperation activities in all academic areas to promote the exchange of faculty, researchers, undergraduate and graduate students, and technical and administrative staff. This agreement sets forth the conditions under which exchanges will take place (Agreement I153). L'Université du Québec à Montréal (Canada) April 28. Annex to the framework cooperation agreement between L'Université du Québec à Montréal and the Faculty of Administration and Social Sciences of Universidad ORT Uruguay, with the aim of establishing criteria for the exchange of undergraduate students from both institutions (Agreement I149-3).
