Dr. Enrique Tamés Muñoz (Mexico) Director of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences at the Monterrey Institute of Technology, Mexico City. Activity: He gave a lecture for faculty titled “Visual Culture at the Frontiers of Our Time” on December 3. Juan Heilborn (Paraguay) Professor of Editorial Design and Typography at the School of Communication, Arts, and Technology Sciences at the American University. Osvaldo Olivera (Paraguay) Full Professor of Digital Media at the School of Philosophy and Human Sciences at the Catholic University of Paraguay. Activity: They delivered the lecture “From the Jungles to the Pixel” as part of the event “Tipos Latinos 2010—Fourth Biennial of Latin American Typography,” co-organized by Universidad ORT Uruguay, March 23.
