They delivered the lecture “Axes for Defining the Latin American Typographic Landscape” at the “2012 Latin American Design Meeting” organized by the University of Palermo, Buenos Aires, July 31–August 3. Alejandro Erramún (Chile) Academic Coordinator of Multimedia, Animation, and Video Games. He served as a judge for the National School Competition at the “Chilémonos ‘12” Animation Festival, Santiago, Chile, April 25–30. He delivered the lecture “Against Classic Cinema: Modernism and Postmodernism” at the “International Symposium on Raúl Ruiz” as part of the “16th Valparaíso International Festival of Recovered Cinema,” November 3–8. Victoria Barreiro (United States), Professor of Character Design 1 and 2 in the Bachelor’s Degree in Animation and Video Games. They completed an academic training and pedagogical exchange program at the California Institute of the Arts (CalArts) as part of the academic cooperation agreement between the School of Communication and Design and the institution, from September 14 to October 15.
