She was invited to the School of Education at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile by Dr. Cynthia Adlerstein, a researcher at that school, where she presented her views on the project “Modeling System for the Physical Learning Environment (MAFA) for the Improvement of Early Childhood Education Quality” led by Dr. Adlerstein, Santiago, Chile, November 11–15. He delivered the presentation “Methodological Approaches to the Management of South American Cities and Historic Centers in the Contemporary Era” at the meeting “Management Plans for Ibero-American Historic Cities” organized by ICOMOS Spain with the sponsorship of the Sub-Directorate General for the Protection of Historical Heritage of the Spanish Ministry of Education, Culture, and Sport, Madrid, May 20–25.
