Ms. Gutman-Fischgrund, along with a delegation from ORT Belgium, was received by the Director General, Prof. Charlotte de Grünberg, together with the Honorary Consul of Belgium in Uruguay, Filip Steverlynck, on March 24. Chen Wenshen (China) Chair, University Council, Communication University of China. Liu Jianbo (China) Chair, Faculty of Science and Engineering, Communication University of China. Both universities signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at academic collaboration in areas such as student and faculty exchanges, as well as joint projects in research, education, faculty development, and services, on December 10. Prof. Charlotte de Grünberg, Director General of ORT Uruguay, and Ms. Gutman-Fischgrund alongside the ORT Belgium delegation
