Dr. José Ignacio Porras (Chile) Coordinator of the Master’s Program in E-Government at the Metropolitan Technological University. He taught the course Society and Institutions in the Master’s Program in Educational Management, June 7–8. Dr. Beatrice Ávalos (Chile) Education Researcher at the Center for Advanced Research in Education at the University of Chile. She taught the Doctoral Seminar for the Doctorate in Education, July 27–29. Dr. Joaquín Gairín (Spain) Professor of General Basic Education and Chair of the Department of Applied Pedagogy at the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
