Dr. Néstor Gandelman (Argentina) Academic Coordinator of Economics. He presented the article “Peer effects in the development of capabilities in adolescence” at the conference Human Capital and Skills for Life and Work organized by CAF—Development Bank of Latin America and Torcuato di Tella University, Buenos Aires, July 21 and 22. Marcel Mordezki, Eng. (Argentina) Academic Coordinator of the Master’s in Technology Business Management. He delivered the lecture “A New Wave of Disruptive Innovations?” in the Master’s and Specialization Program in Technology Services and Telecommunications Management at the University of San Andrés, August 5. Dr. Flavia Roldán (Argentina) Research Professor in Economics. She presented the paper “Innovation and Competitive Intensity” on September 21 as part of the Internal Seminar Series of the Institute of Economics at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the National University of Córdoba, September 22 and 23. Dr. Néstor Gandelman (Bolivia) Academic Coordinator of Economics. Presented the paper “Juvenile incarceration and crime after release: evidence from a harsher law” at the 22nd LACEA Annual Meeting (Latin American and Caribbean Economic Association), October 15–18. 19 Presented together with Dr. Néstor Mazzeo, researcher in the Department of Ecology and Evolution at the University Center of the Eastern Region. 20 Conducted together with Dr. Flavia Roldán, researcher in the Economics Department of the faculty, and Dr. Ana Balsa, Professor at the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Montevideo. 21 Conducted together with Dr. Carlos Ponce, professor at Alberto Hurtado University, Chile. 22 Conducted together with Dr. Ignacio Munyo, director of the Center for Economics, Society, and Business at the IEEM Business School of the University of Montevideo.
