She participated as a commentator at the book presentation *Latin America After PISA*, published by the Center for the Implementation of Public Policies for Equity and Growth, which took place at the National Library of Buenos Aires on May 14. Dr. Eduardo Rodríguez Zidán (Brazil) Deputy Academic Coordinator of Graduate Programs. He presented the article “The Ceibal Plan in Uruguay and the Challenges of the 1-to-1 Model. Study of teachers’ perceptions of teaching practices and the pedagogical use of personal computers in mathematics classes” 33 at the 4th Brazilian Congress on Informatics in Education and 10th Latin American Conference on Education, Technologies, and Learning Objects, organized by the Brazilian Computer Society, Maceió, Alagoas, October 26–30. She participated in the closing panel “Governance and Institutional Framework of Teacher Policies and the Focus on Schools: Who Are the Actors in Teacher Evaluation and What Role Does This Process Play?” at the International Seminar on National Teacher Policy and Educational Reform, held at the Pedagogical Museum in Santiago, Chile, September 3–4. She held a meeting with the Minister of Education, Adriana Delpiano, and with teams from the Chilean Ministry of Education involved in teacher professional development policies on September 3. She participated in the 12th Session of the Joint ILO/UNESCO Committee of Experts on the Application of the Recommendations concerning Teaching Personnel (CEART) as a member of the Committee of Experts of UNESCO and the International Labour Organization (ILO), Paris, April 20–24. She delivered the lecture “The Role of the University in the Processes of Continuous Teacher Training” at the international seminar The University in the Training of Trainers of Educational Support Specialists.
