University of Northampton (United Kingdom) September 22 Memorandum of understanding aimed at academic collaboration in the areas of student and faculty exchange, the implementation of joint projects, and the development of other areas of mutual interest. Tomas Bata University in Zlín (Czech Republic) July 26 Cooperation agreement between Tomas Bata University in Zlín and the Faculty of Communication and Design at Universidad ORT Uruguay at conducting academic, cultural, and scientific exchanges in education and research.
