59 PROJECTS INITIATED OR APPROVED IN 2017 Institutional LISTO - Latin American and European Cooperation on Innovation and Entrepreneurship This project aims to strengthen the role of universities as agents of sustainable growth, entrepreneurship, and innovation in society. Its objectives are to foster university-industry relationships and synergies to drive innovation and develop an entrepreneurial mindset among faculty and students. LISTO is coordinated by Uppsala University (Sweden) and involves the following institutions: National University of Córdoba and National University of the Littoral (Argentina), Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, Federal University of Pernambuco, and University of São Paulo (Brazil), University of Valladolid (Spain), University of Groningen (Netherlands), Catholic University of Uruguay, and Universidad ORT Uruguay. Project Leader: Enrique Topolansky Funding: European Union’s Erasmus+ Program Duration: 36 months Center for Innovation and Eco-Entrepreneurship The objective of this project is to contribute to climate change adaptation and mitigation, the development of the green economy, and environmental conservation in Uruguay. The initiative seeks to strengthen civil society organizations committed to this issue so that they can develop the capabilities needed to foster, work on, and promote green ventures as agents of change.
