Enrique Topolansky (Argentina), Coordinator of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE). They participated in the ORT Latin America Summit. Topolansky spoke about programs to promote entrepreneurship among students, and Paulós gave a presentation on the design and implementation of MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses) with a global reach, Buenos Aires, March 26–28.
