He participated as an international evaluator for the National Researcher Incentive Program (PRONII) at the headquarters of the National Council for Science and Technology in Asunción, October 16–20. Dr. Gustavo Rubinsztejn (Peru) Academic Coordinator of Marketing. He taught the course “Relational Marketing” and the “New Product Launch Workshop” for MBA students at ESAN Graduate School of Business, Lima, January 16–20. Dr. Norma Pontet (Peru) Professor of Managerial Accounting and Academic Coordinator of Finance Programs. She participated as a member of the Scientific Committee and presented the article “Investments in Companies with a High Proportion of Intangibles: A Case Study of IT Startups in Uruguay” at the 9th Ibero-American Congress on Management Accounting and the 1st Ibero-American Congress on Accounting and Finance, held at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, Lima, June 14–16. She also participated in the 32nd Inter-American Accounting Conference as secretary of the Accounting Research Commission of the Inter-American Accounting Association, where she presented her paper “Efficiency in the use of International Financial Reporting Standards for general purposes: analysis in Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela.
