He accompanied Nadim Curi and Marcelo Dotti, graduates of the Master’s in Technology Business Management, who participated in the V2 Pitch Competition held at the University of San Diego, where they presented their startup CityCop, incubated at the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, San Diego, April 26. He presented the paper “Feelings about competition and self-reported trust: Evidence from the World Value Surveys” 27 at the 13th Annual International Symposium on Economic Theory, Policy, and Applications, organized by the Athens Institute for Education and Research, Athens, July 2–5. 27 Co-authored with Santiago Acerenza, a graduate of the Bachelor’s program in Economics at Universidad ORT Uruguay. Dr. Gambetta participated in the annual meeting of the Inter-American Technical Commission on Auditing Standards and Practices, of which he is a member, and Dr. Pontet attended the Annual Meeting of Inter-American Commissions in her capacity as vice president of the AIC’s Accounting Research Commission.
