He led the International Integrative Seminar and the Research Workshop for the Master’s in Accounting and Finance and the Master’s in Taxation and Accounting Standards – IFRS, June 24–28. Dr. Roberto Gutiérrez Poveda (Colombia) Associate Professor in the Strategy Department at the University of the Andes. He led the Case Teaching Workshop Seminar, aimed at faculty members of the School of Business and Social Sciences, alongside Enrique Kramer, academic coordinator of the Bachelor’s in Management and Administration, and Dr. Luis Silva Domingo, academic coordinator of the MBA, on October 11, 18, and 25, and November 1. Dr. Paola Ochoa (Ecuador) Professor and researcher at the ESPAE Graduate School of Management and the Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral. Participated in the region’s first international pitch competition, co-organized with the University of San Diego, on February 15. Dr. Roberto Bernales (Spain) Professor of Tax Law at the University of Deusto. Taught the course “Anti-Abuse Measures and Double Taxation Agreements” as part of the Specialization Diploma in Taxation, February 18–21. He delivered the lecture “International Tax Planning after BEPS and the MLI” at the VII Uruguay Tax Conference, “International Taxation in the New Local, Regional, and International Contexts,” on February 22.
