She delivered the opening lecture at the 9th International Meeting of the Kipus Network, “Teacher Policies in Initial and Continuing Education for Basic and Higher Education in the Face of Current Challenges,” through the presentation “Teacher Training and Development Policies in Latin America,” at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, Lima, on March 12. She also participated as an expert in the Regional Forum on Quality in Early Childhood Education, organized by the Inter-American Dialogue, the LEGO Foundation, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion of Peru, on May 27.
