He delivered the lecture “Education and Social Justice in Latin America” on June 26; he taught the seminar “Contemporary Educational Issues” for the Master’s in Education on June 27 and 28. Dr. Beatrice Ávalos (Chile) Associate Researcher at the Center for Advanced Educational Research at the University of Chile. She led the “Doctoral Seminar” for the Doctorate in Education alongside Dr. Denise Vaillant, Academic Secretary, July 23–27. Dr. Joaquín Gairín (Spain) Professor in the Department of Applied Pedagogy at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. General Coordinator of the Educational Management Support Network (Red AGE). He led the refresher seminar “Knowledge Management in Educational Institutions,” June 7 and 8; he presented the book “Management: A Critical Challenge for Educational Quality and Equity,” by Red AGE Uruguay, June 7. He delivered the lecture “Creation of an e-Portfolio System for the New Digital Era” on July 30.
