He served as an external examiner for the final project defenses for the Bachelor’s in Systems Engineering and the Bachelor’s in Systems, on April 17 and 18, and from September 30 to October 4. Dr. Arilo Dias Neto (Brazil) Professor at the Institute of Computing at the Federal University of Amazonas. He served on the thesis committee for Gerardo Quintana’s Master’s in Engineering (Research Track), titled “Systematic Mapping and Case Study on Automatic Test Generation Techniques,” on September 17; He delivered an internal research seminar for members of the Center for Innovation and Research in Software Engineering (CI3S) on Software Usability, September 17 and 18. Dr. Oscar Pastor (Spain) Professor of Computer Systems and Computing at the Polytechnic University of Valencia. Taught the course “From Requirements to Code: A Full Model-Driven Engineering” for the Master’s in Engineering (Research Track), April 4 and 5; served on the thesis committee for “Analysis of the Adoption and Use of Software Revisions” by Darío Macchi, a student in the aforementioned master’s program, April 5. Dr. Scott Mitchell (Spain) Dr. Esther Polo (Spain) Researchers in the Nanotherapy and Nanodiagnostics group at the Aragon Institute of Nanoscience, University of Zaragoza. They led a workshop on Nanobiosensors for the Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology, July 22–31; they delivered the lecture “New Smart Materials. Nanoparticle Technologies Applied to Biosensors," July 26. Dr. Jesús Martínez de la Fuente (Spain) Researcher at the Aragon Institute of Nanoscience at the University of Zaragoza. He taught the course “Nanoscience: New Challenges and Opportunities for Biotechnology,” funded by the National Agency for Research and Innovation (ANII), December 9–19.
