54 2013 Yearbook Migration of the Quality Management and Decision-Support System for Plan Ceibal Authors: Martín Becerra, Guillermo Pérez, Stefano Rossetti, Miguel Rossi, and Guzman Sensosián Organization: Plan Ceibal The project aims to create a web-based tool developed on SharePoint Online, designed to maintain documentary records of quality management and facilitate strategic decision-making based on Plan Ceibal’s management meetings. The system replaces the two current tools (Google Sites and MediaWiki) by unifying the functionalities currently offered by both systems into a single solution. The project management utilizes a feature-driven development approach. The students built a general model and created a list of features based on interviews and document collection, then planned the work and defined the design and its implementation. The current architecture allows the prototype to be easily scalable in the future and facilitates increasing its capabilities without requiring knowledge of SharePoint programming. Degree: Bachelor’s in Systems Tutor: Santiago Matalonga EduFly - Management System for a Flight School Authors: Agustina Calderazzo, Fabián Guadalupe, and Juan Manuel Rodríguez Organization: Montevideo Aeroclub (CAM) The project’s objective is to streamline the club’s current management through an institutional website, providing information for members or those interested in aviation. It allows for online booking of students’ flight hours. The site serves as the entry point to the management system, which enables the administration of income and expenses, automatically generating daily and monthly balance sheets.
