She presented the final report of the project “Study on Perspectives for Achieving Better Learning Opportunities for Children, Adolescents, and Youth in Latin America and the Caribbean,” for which she serves as the principal investigator, alongside Inés Aguerrondo, a lecturer in Strategic Planning in Educational Management at UNESCO, Buenos Aires, March 27 and 28. In addition, she delivered the lecture “Policies and Challenges for Teacher Education” in the Doctor of Education program at the University of Tres de Febrero (UTREF), October 24. Furthermore, she presented at the roundtable “Teacher Training and ICT” at the Ibero-American Congress on Science, Technology, Innovation, and Education “Moving Forward Together Toward the 2021 Ibero-American Educational Goals,” organized by the OEI (Organization of Ibero-American States) with the support of the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Productive Innovation of the Argentine Republic, which took place at the Law School of the University of Buenos Aires, November 12–14. She delivered the lecture “Toward a Revolution in the Field of Teacher Education” at the 2nd National Congress on Teacher Education organized by the Julio de Mesquita Filho State University of São Paulo, which took place in São Paulo from April 7 to 9. In addition, she served on the scientific committee of the 4th International Congress on Beginning Teachers and Professional Integration into Teaching, organized by the Department of Education at the Federal Technological University of Paraná in Curitiba in collaboration with the Idea Research Group at the University of Seville, which took place at the aforementioned university from February 19 to 21. She delivered the lecture “Teacher Training Policies: Critical Issues and Challenges” as part of the 21st Century Educational Debates series at Alberto Hurtado University (UAH) on April 24 and 25.
