Attended the 6th In-Person Meeting of RedAGE (Educational Management Support Network) at the University of Cienfuegos, Havana, April 4–5. Dr. María Inés Vázquez (Spain) Academic Coordinator of Educational Management. She delivered the presentation “Methodological Proposal for Analyzing Cultural Aspects Associated with Organizational Development” at the 5th EDO (Organizational Development Team) International Conference “Learning Through Professional Practice,” at the Center for Legal Studies and Specialized Training of the Autonomous University of Barcelona, on May 13. Dr. Denise Vaillant (France) Academic Secretary. She participated in a meeting of experts on school leadership policies and practices, where she was responsible for presenting the regional report for Latin America and the Caribbean. The meeting took place at UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) headquarters in Paris on December 11 and 12. She led the workshop “Professionalization of Management in Basic Education Schools,” alongside Dr. Joaquín Gairín, professor in the Department of Applied Pedagogy at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, at the 20th Teacher Training Conference organized by the School of Education Sciences in Monterrey, April 7–9. She presented the paper “Intervention Plan for Vulnerable Groups with Low Human Development Index in Uruguay” at the 2014 International Congress on Universities and Vulnerable Groups, Universidad Veracruzana, Veracruz, October 29–30. She participated as a commentator on the National Education Plan presented by the National Council of Higher Education of Paraguay at the Ministry of Education headquarters, invited by the minister, Marta Lafuente, February 3–5.
