His company, Fizzmod, was named Best Online Marketing Agency in Latin America at the eCommerce Award Latam competition, an award presented by the Latin American Institute of Electronic Commerce. February. Pablo Martínez Pessi, graduate of the Bachelor’s Degree in Communication with a focus on Audiovisual Studies. His documentary *Tus padres volverán* won the Best International Documentary Award at the 2nd edition of Telas / International Television Festival, held in São Paulo, Brazil. November. In addition, it won the Audience Award at the 2015 edition of the Filmar Festival in Latin America, dedicated to Latin American cinema and culture in Switzerland, which took place in the city of Geneva. November. It was also awarded the prize for Best Uruguayan Documentary of 2015 by the Uruguayan Film Critics Association. December. Lucía Moreira and Pablo Moreira, graduates of the Bachelor’s Degree in Communication with a focus on Audiovisual Studies. The short film *El guardián*, produced and directed by the graduates and co-produced by Universidad ORT Uruguay part of the ORT Digital 2013 Program, was chosen by public vote as Best National Short Film at the 8th Festival de Cine del Mar in Punta del Este. July. Carolina Cynovich, a student in the Bachelor’s Degree in Communication with a focus on Audiovisual Studies. Her novel *El síndrome de las ciudades hermosas* won the Gutenberg Prize for Young Adult Fiction, organized by the Delegation of the European Union in Uruguay in collaboration with Editorial Fin de Siglo. September.
