Degree Program: Systems Engineering Advisor: Amalia Álvarez USUPRO: Platform to Improve User Experience Authors: Freddy Irigoin, Mathias Martínez, Paula Rodríguez, and Pablo Vilas Organization: PedidosYa The objective of this project is to improve the way PedidosYa, an online food ordering platform, gathers user feedback so that, based on this information, it can take actions aimed at increasing customer satisfaction.
