Ebola, Dengue, Chikungunya, and Zika: What’s Next?” on April 26. Dr. Sergio Lifschitz (Brazil) Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro. Served as an external examiner for the final projects in Systems Engineering on September 29 and 30. Prof. Dan Nicolau (Canada) Director of the Department of Bioengineering at McGill University. Dr. Subhasis Ghoshal (Canada) Associate Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at McGill University. Dr. Mustafa Kumral (Canada) Associate Professor in the Department of Mining Engineering at McGill University. They taught the course “Remediation, Bioremediation, and Engineering in the Mining and Environmental Industries,” funded by the National Agency for Research and Innovation (ANII) and the International Development Research Centre, April 4–8.
