73 Granjero: A Video Game to Support the Transition to Independence for Adolescents at SOS Children’s Villages Authors: Diego Carrión, Gimena Curra, Tatiana Rudomin, and Emily Symonds Organization: SOS Children’s Villages This project arose from the need for a fun app that helps adolescents develop the skills necessary for autonomy as they mature toward an independent life. The product consists of a trivia-style video game that helps young people develop competencies and skills that reinforce and support their journey toward autonomy, as well as a backend system used to manage the game’s content. The objective of this project is to create a process to manage employee rotations within the company and a system to support that process. The product delivered to the company enables centralized decision-making and organizes the tasks that make up the rotation process.
