He participated in the biannual meeting of the Ibero-American Network for Cooperation and Strengthening of Technology-Based Business Incubators, of which the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship is a member, held at the National University of the Littoral, Santa Fe, on July 28 and 29. He served as a judge in the evaluation of the call for Institutional Strengthening Projects, launched by the Ministry of Production in Argentina, as part of the Incubar program—National Network of Incubators, on October 24. He participated in the 11th International Entrepreneurship Conference organized by the National University of the Littoral, where he presented on “Design Thinking for Entrepreneurs” and served as a mentor, Santa Fe, November 2–4.
