She presented the paper “Model and Lessons Learned from the Process of Creating MOOCs to Teach Programming” 1 at the Sixth Conference of Directors of Information and Communication Technologies of Higher Education Institutions in Latin America (TICAL 2016), Buenos Aires, September 13–15. Dr. Fernando Paganini (Argentina) Professor of Telecommunications Theory.
