69 Ocean Drive, Punta del Este Authors: Proyecto 9 and Final Year Project Organization: Weiss MoraWeiss (WMW) Architecture Studio The objective of this project is to develop a preliminary design for a two-tower residential complex with amenities located at the corner of Roosevelt Avenue and Guanabara Street in Punta del Este. The properties involved are owned by the WMW studio. It proposes the creation of an architectural project based on an urban analysis of the site and a volumetric building proposal in relation to the immediate surroundings and the functional and programmatic aspects specific to the scale.
