68 2017 Yearbook Viví fútbol - Platform for Recording and Selling 5-a-side Soccer Videos Authors: Sebastián del Campo, Facundo Pazos, and Juan Ignacio Pommerenck Organization: Coppetti The project involves the development of a platform for recording and selling 5-a-side soccer videos for the company Coppetti, which is expanding its online field reservation service. The platform consists of three mobile apps, a device for filming matches, and a server. The device continuously films what happens on the fields and saves plays via analog buttons pressed by players or through volume spike detection. Once the match is over, players can purchase a download code through a mobile app. The second app allows players, by entering the download code, to connect to the cameras to view all the videos of their match, with the ability to add text, trim, and download the videos to their phones. The third app is intended for device maintenance tasks. To avoid the need for an internet connection, a direct connection between the cameras and users was implemented via Wi-Fi Direct. Major: Systems Engineering Advisor: Rafael Bentancur, Engineer Faculty of Architecture Roadside Hotel Authors: Project 9 and Final Year Project Organization: Sztryk Real Estate Lab Studio The objective of this activity is to develop a preliminary design for a roadside hotel linked to a gas station with the aim of providing a new branded highway service. The sites for the proposal are located at three different highway intersections: Tres Bocas - Bellaco - Río Negro, Tranqueras - Routes 5 and 30 - Rivera, and Routes 6 and 26 - Tacuarembó. This project focuses particularly on the quality of the architectural proposal associated with the concept of branding, as well as bioclimatic, technological, and landscape aspects.
