67 EXTERNAL ORGANIZATIONS 2017 Management System for Paving and Sidewalk Projects Authors: Martín Etchemendy and Santiago Pastorino Organization: Construcciones Avanzadas The objective of this project was the planning, analysis, and development of software designed to manage paving and sidewalk projects. Using a hybrid methodology for software development, combining traditional and agile approaches, the result was the creation of a web-based system with a responsive design. Degree Program: Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Supervisor: A/P Rafael Cohen System for managing patient transfers at the Armed Forces Central Hospital Authors: Maximiliano Amestoy and Gonzalo Vescia Organization: National Directorate of Health of the Armed Forces This project addresses the need identified by the National Directorate of Health of the Armed Forces for a responsive web application to be used by the Transportation Section of the Central Hospital of the Armed Forces, with the aim of improving the management of the entire flow of patient transfers by ambulance to and from said hospital. This application benefits patients by simplifying the process of obtaining the transfer assigned by their physician and provides the institution’s staff with a support tool that optimizes both the time spent managing transfers and the generation of information for monitoring hospital assets.
