Dr. Álvaro Tasistro (Brazil) Professor of Computer Science and Academic Coordinator of the Master’s in Engineering (Research Track). Dr. Martín Solari (Canada) Associate Professor of Software Engineering. He served as chair of the session “Preregistration of Software Engineering Studies” at the annual meeting of the International Software Engineering Research Network (ISERN) and attended the 4th International Advanced School on Empirical Software Engineering (IASESE 2017), Toronto, November 6–7. Dr. Inés Friss de Kereki (Chile) Professor of Programming. She gave the presentation “10 Years of Scratch at Universidad ORT Uruguay at the Scratch al Sur conference held at the Espacio Fundación Telefónica in Santiago, Chile, August 30–September 1. Ángel Caffa, Engineer (Chile), Associate Professor of Systems Architecture. He participated as a peer reviewer, invited by Acredita CI (Accreditation Agency of the Chilean College of Engineers), for the external evaluation of the Computer Engineering program at the CIISA Institute of Technological Sciences (Center for Computer Science and Systems Engineering in Administration), Santiago, Chile, October 24–26, and for the Computer Engineering program at the Catholic University of Maule, Talca, December 11–13.
