He delivered the keynote lecture “Mobile Learning in Teacher Education in Uruguay: A Study of Educational Change Based on the Analysis of Student Perceptions” as part of the Fifth International Congress on Education organized by the Center for Research on Comparative Studies of Latin America, Toluca-Zinacantepec, March 13–16. She participated in the 13th session of the Committee of Experts on the Application of Recommendations concerning the Teaching Profession (CEART) of the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), a committee composed of twelve education experts from five continents, held in Geneva from October 1 to 5.
