The dean, along with a delegation from Xian University, met with Julio Fernández, Vice Rector; Andrés Bancalari, Assistant Academic Coordinator of the Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies; and María Azpiroz, Director of International Relations. On this occasion, Prof. Lei Yingjie and Eng. Julio Fernández signed a memorandum of understanding on behalf of Xian University and Universidad ORT Uruguay, July 16.
