They were part of the 48-member World ORT delegation that visited Universidad ORT Uruguay part of the World ORT Summit held in Argentina from May 6 to 8. They were received by the Director General, Prof. Charlotte de Grünberg, and by the rector, Dr. Jorge Grünberg, along with other national and university officials, on May 9. Dr. Olivier Epinette (France) Vice Dean and Associate Dean of Academic Affairs at Institut Mines-Télécom Business School. He held meetings with university officials from various departments, including Eng. Julio Fernández, Vice Rector; Dr. María Azpiroz, Director of International Relations; Dr. Gaston Labadie, Dean of the Faculty of Administration and Social Sciences; Eng. Mario Fernández, Dean of the School of Engineering, and Rosana Fernández, Coordinator of the Pre-Incubator at the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE), October 24–26.
