67 School of Architecture, Bustamante Building Designers: Project 9 and Project 10 Organization: Estudio Sztryk Real State Lab The objective of this project is to develop a preliminary design for a mixed-use building, featuring a retail area on the ground floor, offices and residential units on the upper floors, as well as supporting services. It is located at the corner of Pedro Bustamante and Arturo Prat, an area of significant real estate development in Montevideo. The project focuses particularly on the quality of the architectural and programmatic proposal, as well as bioclimatic, technological, and urban aspects.
