She presented the paper “Access, Retention, and Completion in Graduate Programs at the Institute of Education of Universidad ORT Uruguay: The Residence Factor” at the Second International Congress on Universities and Vulnerable Groups, organized by the Oracle Project (Regional Observatory for Quality and Equity in Higher Education), which took place at the University of Antioquia, Medellín, on September 5 and 6. She participated as a speaker in the presentation “The schools and educational communities we need to ensure teaching excellence,” which took place at the second meeting of the Latin American Coalition for Teaching Excellence, Bogotá, November 14–15. She served as a member of the jury for the defense of the doctoral thesis “The Training of Educators in Costa Rica: Dilemmas and Challenges” by student Aleida Duarte Rivas of the Faculty of Education at the University of Costa Rica, San José, on March 5. She participated in the General Assembly of RedAGE International, which took place at the Autonomous University of Barcelona on April 9 and 10. She also attended the follow-up meeting for the ORACLE project (Regional Observatory for Quality and Equity in Higher Education), where strategies, activities, and actions for the project’s development in the coming years were analyzed; the meeting took place at the Bellaterra Campus of the Autonomous University of Barcelona, April 10–12.
