He delivered the presentation “A View of the World: Successful Experiences in the Training of In-Service Teachers in Basic Education,” moderated the panel “Strategies for Addressing Diversity in Basic Education,” and was part of the international team that drafted the conclusions of the international education conference Teacher Training for Improving Learning in Basic Education, organized by FHI 360, Guatemala City, April 1–5.
