120 2019 Yearbook Leandro Fagúndez, a student in the Bachelor’s Degree in Communication with a concentration in Advertising and Marketing. He received the Napolitan Victory Award in the Breakthrough and Leadership category, organized by the Washington Academy of Political Arts and Sciences—considered the “Oscar” of the communications industry—in recognition of his entrepreneurial spirit in managing his digital marketing agency, OGreat. April. Joaquín Arretche and Agustín Correa, students in the Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design. They won First Prize in the Children’s Playground Design Competition for the Antel Arena Park, organized by the National Energy Directorate of the Ministry of Industry, Energy, and Mining (MIEM) and Antel. The project was developed as part of the curriculum in the course Industrial Design 4 – Market, within the Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design, taught by Mag. Pablo D’Angelo and Industrial Designer Maximiliano Izzi. December. Agustín Larrosa, a graduate in Graphic Design. He won the silver prize in the Visual and Graphic Communication Design category at the A’Design Award & Competition 2018-2019, an international award presented in Italy. December. Additionally, the design studio Pimba!, co-founded by Larrosa, received the 2019 Clap Award for Best Illustration Applied to an Editorial Project for its 2018 work, created for the General Association of Authors of Uruguay (Agadu).
