He was appointed Executive Director of Digital Transformation and Innovation at Petrobras, one of the leading companies in Brazil and Latin America. October. Martín Zubeldía, graduate of the Master’s in Engineering (Research Track) and in Electronic Engineering. He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). His thesis was titled “Delay, stability, and resource tradeoffs in large distributed service systems.” July. Erienne Jackson, associate professor of Protein Technology. She earned her Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Basic Sciences Development Program (Pedeciba). Her thesis—developed alongside her advisors, Dr. José Manuel Guisán of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) and Dr. Lorena Betancor, professor of Protein Technology at the Faculty of Engineering of Universidad ORT Uruguayconsisted of developing a biotechnological solution to repurpose industrial waste glycerol into high-value-added products. August. Sonali Correa, research teaching assistant at the Biotechnology Laboratory. She earned her Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Basic Sciences Development Program (Pedeciba). Her thesis—prepared alongside her advisors, Dr. Valeria Grazú, research professor at the Aragon Institute of Nanoscience at the University of Zaragoza, and Dr. Lorena Betancor, professor of Protein Technology at the Faculty of Engineering at Universidad ORT Uruguayconsisted of developing a solution capable of destroying tumor cells in humans without affecting healthy cells, as occurs in treatments such as chemotherapy. School of Communication and Design Bernardo Antonaccio, graduate of the Bachelor’s Degree in Communication with a concentration in Audiovisual Studies; Rafael Antonaccio, graduate of the Bachelor’s Degree in Communication with a concentration in Audiovisual Studies; and Lorenzo Tocco, student in the Bachelor’s Degree in Communication with a concentration in Audiovisual Studies. The feature film *Matarifes*, produced by Bernardo and Rafael Antonaccio, won the Award for Consulting, Services, and Financing for Development, Rewriting, Co-production, Post-production, and Promotion at the 15th Co-production Meeting of the 34th edition of the Guadalajara International Film Festival.
