They visited the university and met with Julio Fernández, Vice Rector; Andrés Bancalari, Academic Coordinator of the Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies; and María Azpiroz, Director of International Relations, to begin the process of signing a memorandum of understanding between the two universities and explore opportunities for collaboration, April 2. They visited the university and met with Julio Fernández, Vice Rector; Andrés Bancalari, Academic Coordinator of the Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies; Dr. María Azpiroz, Director of International Relations; and Miriam Kemna, Coordinator of Student Exchange. In addition, they held a meeting with students from Harbin Normal University who are studying Spanish at the university on November 6.
