8 2019 Yearbook INSTITUTIONAL NEWS 2019 Delegation from the Jewish Federations of North America Visits Universidad ORT Uruguay August 1, 130 members of the Jewish Federations of North America visited the university. Prior to the visit, they toured the Memorial to the Holocaust of the Jewish People, accompanied by the dean of the School of Architecture and co-author of the memorial project, Architect Gastón Boero. The visitors were then received by the general director, Prof. Charlotte de Grünberg, and the rector, Dr. Jorge Grünberg. On this occasion, Prof. Charlotte de Grünberg shared reflections on her personal history as a survivor of the Shoah and on the book *The Girl Who Watched the Trains Leave*, written by Ruperto Long, which recounts that period of her life and has been published in more than 15 countries.
