He led the Entrepreneurship Workshop and delivered the lectures “The Challenge of Innovation” and “First Steps in Entrepreneurship” at Honduras Startup, as part of the agreement signed between Universidad ORT Uruguay the Honduran Institute of Science, Technology, and Innovation, Tegucigalpa, February 5–8. Under the agreement signed between the CIE and Aeternity Blockchain, he participated in the Aeternity International Congress, where he presented the joint action plan between the CIE and Aeternity, Prague, September 20–21.
