She taught the graduate course In Vitro Biocatalysis at Ruhr University Bochum, where she completed an academic visit funded by the Microbial Substrate Conversion Training Group (MiCon) and by Prof. Frank Schulz, a researcher at that German university with whom she collaborates, from July 1 to 5. She also participated in an international conference on “Sustainable Chemistry and the Myths of Renewables” at the University of Lüneburg, invited by the International Collaborative Center for Sustainable Chemistry (ISC3), September 16–20.
