Guillermo Langwagen, Engineer (Bolivia) Instructor of Modulation and Detection in the Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering programs. He was appointed by the National Commission for the Accreditation of University Programs in Bolivia as a peer evaluator for the external evaluation visit of the Industrial Engineering program at Domingo Savio Private University, Santa Cruz campus, April 24–26. He was also appointed by the National Commission for the Accreditation of University Programs of Bolivia as a peer evaluator for the external evaluation visit of the Industrial Engineering program at the Bolivian Catholic University of San Pablo, Santa Cruz campus, May 8–10. He was also appointed by the National Commission for University Program Accreditation of Bolivia as a peer evaluator for the external evaluation visit of the Industrial Engineering program at the Universidad Mayor de San Simón, Cochabamba campus, May 29–31. 2 Conducted alongside Dr. Fernando Paganini, professor of Telecommunications Theory at the Faculty of Engineering of Universidad ORT Uruguay, and Engineer Martín Zeballos, assistant for the Optimal Load Operation Project at the Faculty of Engineering.
