Mag. Carlos Sanguinetti (Brazil) Academic Coordinator of Biotechnology. He participated in the 13th edition of the Bio Latin America Conference as a member of the Uruguayan delegation, São Paulo, September 3–4. Dr. Martín Solari (Brazil) Associate Professor of Software Engineering. He presented the paper “Content and structure of laboratory packages for software engineering experiments” 4 at the ACM/IEEE International Symposium on Empirical Software Engineering and Measurement (ESEM) as part of the 2019 Empirical Software Engineering International Week and participated in the annual meeting of the ISERN (International Software Engineering Research Network) research network, Porto de Galinhas, September 16–20. 3 Conducted in collaboration with Dr. André Fonseca de Oliveira, Professor of Analog Electronics and Automatic Control at the Faculty of Engineering, Universidad ORT Uruguay. 4 Conducted in collaboration with Dr. Sira Vegas, Associate Professor at the Polytechnic University of Madrid, and Dr. Natalia Juristo, Professor of Software Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Madrid. Víctor Vaccaro, B.S. (Chile) Graduate in Biotechnology Engineering and Master’s student in the Chemistry track of the Basic Sciences Development Program (Pedeciba), conducted at the Biotechnology Laboratory under the supervision of Dr. Lorena Betancor. He presented the academic poster “Immobilized Laccase for the Degradation of Antibiotic Residues in Milk” at the Congress on Enzymes in Food (Enzal 2019) organized by the University of Santiago, Chile, on January 10 and 11. Dr. Gerardo Matturro (Cuba) Research professor in Software Engineering and associate academic coordinator of the Bachelor’s Degree in Systems. He presented the article “Soft skills in software engineering in higher education.
