He presented the project “Trust towards migrants” at the workshop “Trust Measures and Interventions in Latin America and the Caribbean,” held at the headquarters of the Inter-American Development Bank, Washington, D.C., December 3–4. He presented the article “Five years of cannabis regulation in Uruguay: What are the changes in health, security, and justice? What can we learn from the Uruguayan experience of regulation?” at the 13th Conference of the International Society for the Study of Drug Policy, Paris, May 22–24.
