Participated as a guest speaker invited by the Polytechnic Institute of Viana do Castelo (IPCV) at the International University Conference: Latin America—Characterization and Entrepreneurship, where he delivered the lecture “Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Ibero-America: Challenges Facing Higher Education Institutions,” Viana do Castelo, January 23–26. Participated in the virtual meetings of the Executive Committee and the Strategic Plan of the Ibero-American Association of Engineering Education Institutions (ASIBEI), June 19 and 26. Dr. Inés Friss de Kereki (Argentina) Professor of Programming.
