Uruguay 2009–2015” virtually at the 4th Conference of the Network for the Economics of Innovation and Entrepreneurship (RIE 2020) for Latin America and the Caribbean, held in Bogotá, December 1–3. Dr. Norma Pontet (Ecuador) Academic Coordinator of Graduate Programs in Finance and Professor of Managerial Accounting.
