100 2013 Yearbook Nicolás Gambetta Academic Coordinator of Graduate Programs in Accounting and Taxation. He received a scholarship to conduct a research stay at the University of Valencia as part of the “Santander Scholarship for Young Professors and Researchers,” where he worked from October 14 to November 15 alongside his supervisor, Dr. María Antonia García-Benau, on the first research article for his doctoral thesis. October. Juan José Riva Graduate of the Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies. He received a fellowship to participate in the Research Symposium at Harvard University on the topic “Creating Public Value: Challenges for Urban Management and Public Policy.” July. Additionally, his paper “Competitiveness in Uruguayan Companies: Factors Ranging from the Exchange Rate to the Structure of Government Agencies” won first prize from the National Academy of Economics on the occasion of the Academy’s 56th anniversary. November. School of Architecture Javier Olascoaga Instructor for Architecture Project 7. He was part of the team that won first prize in the “Public Call for Bids to Develop a Preliminary Architectural and Construction Design for an Annex Building to the Current Executive Tower.” The preliminary design was carried out in collaboration with architects Diego Ferrando, Fernanda Goyos, Daniel Martirena, and Andrés Souto.
