They received a scholarship to participate in the Institute for Leadership in the Americas program, held at the University of Los Andes in Santiago, Chile, and organized by The Fund for American Studies. January. Alan Mai, a student in the Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies program, received a full scholarship to participate for seven weeks in the Onward Business program, run by Israel Experience. The program consisted of a business course at Tel Aviv University. It included an internship at the company 365scores to interact with entrepreneurs and professionals who are setting trends internationally. February. Carla Fontana, a student in the Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies. She received a full scholarship to participate in the “International Student Festival in Trondheim,” a student political debate festival held in Trondheim, Norway. February. Anaclara Acuña, a student in the Bachelor’s program in International Studies. She received a scholarship to participate in the activities of the International Winter School at the National University of the Littoral, Santa Fe, Argentina. Within this framework, various seminars, workshops, debates, and cultural activities took place on current issues related to integration processes in Latin America and the European Union. July. Palmira Bengochea, Natalia Cohn, and Camila Escardó, students in the Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies; Martina Cha and Esther Denise Gandelman, students in the Bachelor’s Degree in Economics; and Martín Larralde and Federica Methol, students in the Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting. They received the Emerging Leaders in the Americas programme scholarship programme the Government of Canada to spend an academic semester at a Canadian university. August. AWARDS 2013
