She won first prize in the “Innovative Ideas for a Classic Product” competition, organized by the Scuola Politecnica di Design and the company IRSAP in Italy, alongside Brazilian industrial designer Gustavo Nosralla. The product presented is a radiator that combines aesthetics, innovation, and functionality, which will be produced and marketed throughout Europe. May. Gonzalo Gómez Aguirre and Pablo Tambucho Graduates of the Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising Communication; Karol Alcántara, Gonzalo Bengoechea, Andrés Borotra, Nicolás di Paolo, Luis Romano, and Florencia San Pedro Students of the Bachelor’s Degree in Audiovisual Communication; Sebastián González Alonzo Graduate of the Advertising Analyst program; and Gabriel Guerrero Student of the Sound Design Technician program. They were part of the production team for the television program “Bendita TV,” which won the Iris de Oro Award presented by the magazine Sábado Show of the newspaper El País. Gómez Aguirre and González Alonzo are screenwriters for the program. Tambucho is the General Producer and Director of the program. Alcántara, Borotra, and Guerrero are visual designers. Bengoechea, Romano, and San Pedro are producers. Di Paolo is the executive producer. July. Gonzalo Ansa, a student in the Bachelor’s Degree in Audiovisual Communication. The short film “Rolo,” directed by Ansa, won “Best Short Film” in the International Section of Mar Cine del Mar festival Mar in Punta del Este. July. Daniel Anselmi, Instructor of the Electronic Music Workshop for the Sound Design Technician program, and Gustavo Wojciechowski, Associate Professor of Editorial and Advertising Design. Anselmi is the producer of the album “Las palabras y la tormenta” by the band “La Teja Pride,” winner of the “Graffiti 2013” award for “Best Hip Hop Album.” Wojciechowski won the “Graffiti 2013” award in the “Best Art Design” category for his cover design of Fernando Cabrera’s album “Intro.” The Graffiti Awards are an accolade that recognizes Uruguayan music.
